The Praslin–La Digue ferry takes approximately 15 minutes.
If the Cat Cocos ferry from Mahé is delayed, Cat Rose will usually wait for booked passengers heading to La Digue.

Cat Rose booking classes

Cat Rose ferries do not offer separate booking classes. Passengers can choose their seats freely on board:
Air-conditioned lower deck cabin
Cool and comfortable indoor seating
Open-air upper deck

Note: You are not required to select a booking class when making the booking.

On Praslin, Cat Cocos ferries arrive at and depart from the ERO ferry passenger terminal at Baie Saint Anne.

Luggage on Cat Rose ferries

Officially, the luggage allowance is 23 kg, plus hand luggage. Having said that, we have never seen the luggage being weighed for Cat Rose ferries.

All bookings can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you’ve already completed the first leg of your journey (e.g., Praslin to La Digue) and received a return ticket, you must cancel at least 2 days before departure by contacting us, notifying Inter Island Ferry by phone, and returning the unused ticket at one of the harbors on Praslin or La Digue.
Changing departure date or time is free of charge (courtesy of SeyFerry), subject to seat availability.
